BOOKED RUBBISH PICKUPS · WORTHING
Got more rubbish than you can take to the tip? Book a collection and we load it all for you. Tell us what you have, how much there is and where it can be collected.

Collections we have done, from a few bags to full loads.

YOUR QUESTION, ANSWERED
Rubbish collection here means a separately arranged pickup, not your council’s weekly bin round. A pickup is ideal after a clear-out that leaves a pile of bags or bulky items.
Read the common questionsWHAT THIS SERVICE COVERS
The phrase rubbish collection can mean many things, from a missed wheelie bin to getting rid of several bulky items. We focus on separately booked private collections. The council remains responsible for its own collection rounds.

Furniture and awkward household items that need an agreed vehicle and handling plan.
A collection following decluttering, moving or tenancy changes where a whole-house clearance is not required.
Packaging, boxes and leftover materials. Tell us about anything heavy first.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Make a simple list, group the items that are going, and keep anything you wish to retain separate. If the rubbish is inside or upstairs, mention the carrying route and parking before the quote is agreed.
Never leave unapproved loads on a public pavement for collection. Ask the team where items should be available and identify any waste requiring separate handling.
PRICES & QUOTATIONS
The price depends on how many bags and items there are and how far we carry them. Send your postcode and a few photos for a fixed price.
Both mean we take things away for you. This page is specifically for a booked rubbish pickup; our Rubbish Removal page explains larger, labour-intensive clearances and how a skip compares.
PLAN YOUR SERVICE
A booked rubbish collection is most useful when the items are already identified and you want a particular load removed. It is not a bin round, and it is smaller than a full property clearance.
Count bags or estimate how much space they occupy, and flag unusually heavy bags. Tell us about any bags with sharp items, leaks or chemicals.
Give dimensions for wardrobes, sofas and other large pieces. If an item must come downstairs or through a narrow hallway, tell us before pricing.
Tell us if it is packaging, garden waste, rubble or old fittings. Heavy construction waste may need a different quote or a skip rather than a general collection.
WhatsApp a few pictures of the rubbish, or tell us what there is.
We price the job before we come out, so there are no surprises.
Our team does the lifting and leaves the area clear.
CLEAR ANSWERS
Quick answers to what people ask us most.
No. We do private collections on a day that suits you. For bin days, missed council collections and council bins, use the Adur & Worthing Councils website.
Yes. Tell us what there is and roughly how much.
Tell us where everything is and whether stairs, gates or long carrying distances are involved so the quote covers the work.
Mention the sofa separately. Sofas and armchairs have to be handled separately by law.
Your postcode, item or bag count, waste types, access details and photographs.
Tell us how the rubbish is currently stored. Keep sharp items, heavy rubble and anything hazardous out of normal rubbish bags, and ask us first.
It can be, when the whole load is already ready for pickup. A skip may be more practical when you need several days to fill it during DIY or refurbishment.
AREAS WE COVER
Our rubbish collection rounds cover a much wider area than our skips, because a van can go further in a day than a skip lorry. These are the places we collect from regularly.
