ACCESS
Several new estates have been built around the old village in recent years. Drives tend to be short, and some homes share parking courts. Before booking, measure the drive and check the skip will not block a shared access or a neighbour's car.
In the older part of Yapton, some cottages open straight onto the road. Here a skip bag on the path is often the easiest choice.

QUESTIONS
Usually a 4-yard skip will fit. If the drive is shared or very short, ask about a skip bag instead.
Soil and rubble must go in a 2 or 4-yard skip because of the weight. Soil is charged at the mixed waste price. Only clean hardcore such as brick and concrete gets the cheaper hardcore rate.
